Enhance team insights with teamdecoder surveys
At teamdecoder, our approach is rooted in extensive research that consistently highlights a crucial truth: clarity and transparency in roles, responsibilities, and workloads are the foundation of trust within a team. This trust is essential for fostering wellbeing, resilience, and performance.
Why should a company care about that?
Wellbeing and resilience are two crucial levers for boosting energy levels, enhancing engagement at work, combating stress, burnout, and absenteeism, and drive performance.
We believe in empowering teams through a structured, role-based work approach, and we offer the following tools to support this vision:
The teamdecoder framework:
A comprehensive structure for role-based work, organized into the "7 Lists" for better work alignment.
The teamdecoder app:
A powerful tool for managing roles, responsibilities, and workloads efficiently.
The campfire process:
A continuous improvement method to ensure ongoing team development.
Proving impact
To demonstrate how teamdecoder can truly enhance your team's way of working, we are introducing a new feature: Surveys.
How does it work?
At regular intervals—whether weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly (always on Fridays - Friday = survey day) — each team member will receive an email with three simple questions. Their responses will be automatically reflected in your dashboard within the TeamDecoder app.
The answers will be displayed in the co/admins dashboard per team to be analyzed and discussed:
Why is this important?
By tracking perceived wellbeing, resilience, and performance through these surveys, you’ll gain valuable insights into your team’s dynamics. This data will help you identify when adjustments are needed, ensuring that your team remains aligned, motivated, and productive.
Closing the loop
When a need for change is identified, the teamdecoder framework in the app facilitates the implementation of those changes, creating a continuous cycle of improvement.
