At teamdecoder, we value the power of connections. If you’re a consultant working with teams and organizations, you can earn rewards by referring new clients to us.

Our referral program is designed to recognise your contribution and ensure that both you and the referred company benefit from the introduction.

1. Work with a Client

You use teamdecoder in your work, helping a team manage a transfornation and become more resilient. At the end of your assignment the client wants to continue your work.

2. Client created their own teamdecoder subscription

At https://app.teamdecoder.com/pricing/ the client creates their (paid) account, for example a GO subscription. Important: They need to pick yearly payments!

3. You transfer your work into the client account

For data security and to enable the client you transfer the team you have created inside your account during the assignment into the client account (here is how that works: https://teamdecoder.tawk.help/article/team-transfers). If you continue to help your client from time to time, they can invite you as co-admin in their new account.

4. Fill out the Referral Submission Form

Give us all the information we need to know to be able to check if your client really subscribed.

5. Pay-out of your benefit

When your client has subscribed, we will get in touch with you. You earn 25% of the first invoice your client receives. If they pick a Go subscription for 499 EUR/year, you will be paid 124,75 EUR. Once we confirm the subscription you can send us an invoice over the approved amount.

Who Can Participate?

This program is open to consultants, coaches, trainers, and supervisors who refer companies that could benefit from teamdecoder.

What Counts as a Successful Referral?

The referred company must not already be a teamdecoder customer or in ongoing discussions with us. The referral must result in an online subscription and the client’s first payment.

How Much Will You Earn?

The benefit is 25% of the first invoice. It is calculated on the basic fee for the account, not on additional co-admin seats.

How Will You Be Paid?

You will send us an invoice. Payments will be processed via bank transfer or another preferred method. You must provide accurate payment details in your invoice.

Referral Validity

If a referred company does not engage with teamdecoder within 6 months, the referral will expire.
