As a consultant you would normally create a new "team" inside your own teamdecoder account for any new project (see link below).


Once the project is over, you can transfer this team into your client's account to get rid of the privat data and to allow the team to continue your work (see link below).


Sometimes through, it is the client who has already an account and who wants to to join their board. This then works via our "co-admin" features (see 3rd link below).

Note:
Use a different email address for your client than for your own account! E.g. add a "+client" at the end of your address: [email protected] - or use any other address you own.

If neither of you have an account, yet and you prefer that the account is in your client's name, have them register for a GO subscription at this page:

And then invite you as a co-admin in the "access management" settings.
