Update (Dec 30, 2024): By user feedback all generic items are now hidden by default. You can switch them on on the settings:

Generic items are pre-created in every new teamdecoder team. You cannot delete them and you cannot manually assign people to them - all this is automatic. But you should define them (purpose, tasks, etc.).
They look like this:

And one of them is a "meeting" hidden in the generic "team circle":

Generic roles
- Circle lead: Whenever someone becomes lead in a circle, they will automatically also be attributed this role.
Here you define what ALL circle leads in your team need to do. What individual leads in certain circles only need to do, you define inside that respective circle.
- Project lead: Whenever someone becomes lead in a project, they will automatically also be attributed this role
Here you define what ALL project leads in your team need to do. What individual leads in certain projects only need to do, you define inside that respective project.
- Domain owner: Whenever someone becomes owner of a domain, they will automatically also be attributed this role
Here you define what ALL domain owners in your team need to do. What individual owners of certain domains only need to do, you define inside that respective domain.
- Link owner: Whenever someone becomes owner of a link, they will automatically also be attributed this role
Here you define what ALL link owners in your team need to do. What individual owners of certain links only need to do, you define inside that respective link.
- Mentor: Whenever someone becomes mentor of someone, or someone is made mentee of this person, they will automatically also be attributed this role.
Here you define, what all mentors in your teams need to do.
- Governance Moderator: This role is NOT automatically assigned - name a person in your team who will be managing the campfire meeting
Generic domain
- "teamdecoder" is pre-defined as a domain, so you can assign the ownership of the tool to a person in your team and define what they have to do (organize meetings, update the reports, send our report links, etc.)
- most times this domain will have the same owner than the role "governance moderator"
Generic circle
- every team has a "Entire team"
- every team member is automatically part of this circle
- in here you define everything that involves ALL team members, eg Monday morning meetings, and the overall purpose of your team
