Assigning work to AI

AI tools are very helpful and can take over big chunks of work. In this article we want to show you, how you can set up a team that gets help from AI in teamdecoder.

1. Add your AIs to the people list

In teamdecoder you will find the pre-installed "human" and "AI" tags. This allows to you to add an AI to the yellow people list. Our AI in this example is going to be called marAIke.

2. Identify areas where want AI to help you out

Here we have identified "HR" and "Marketing" as two areas where AI could help. In order to create buckets for tasks that the AI can take over, we created these 2 roles:


  • HR support

  • Marketing support

and tagged them with the "AI" tag.

3. Assign roles to AIs

Use people focus mode on your AIs to assign the new task bucket roles. In our case: We assign the roles "HR support" and "Marketing suppert" to our AI "marAIke":

4. Filter and re-assign AI appropriate tasks

Use compare mode for skills/roles to do this. Chose ONE of the new task buckets, eg "HR support" and put all other skills and roles next to it, that might have tasks that AI could take over:

Drah and drop all appropriate tasks into the new role "HR support":


Do the same for the the other task buckets.
