Adding a person to a circle or project with more than 1 role

Sometimes people are member of a circle or a project in various capacities. For example could I be member of a project called "strategy vision 2050" with my role "strategy development", and at the same time with my domain "our strategy ppt", my skill "ppt design" and my role "facilitator".
When you are in people focus mode (the person you are working with is marked red, "Peyton") and then click on "+" in the circle ("Sustaiinability") or project where you want to add that person, ...
... after clicking "+" this dialogue will appear:
Here you can chose all the items, that this person should bring into the project or circle in question.
