A teamdecoder team template is a master file that we at teamdecoder created, very often with partners, to make your start into the teamdecoder experience easier.
This feature is technically ready but we are still adding more relevant content for you. All existing templates are WIP, you find general info on how our templates work below.

Teams, their team leaders and/or consultants
Find the things we do in our daily business, that AI could easily take over to make room for more important work!
The template idea:
- you'll find 3 simple departments aka circles: HR, Tech and Marketing - these are the areas where AI today supports best
- Each of these circles has a human as memeber and support by the AI marAIke - click the focus icons in the circle cards to check
- SKILLS are simplified: one per circle, plus a SUPPORT skill as task bucket for AI: HR support, Marketing support and Tech support
- in ROLES you find ideas of items you might need in the future continouing your AI journey
- and in DOMAINS are all the AI tools.
- Re-assigning skills from people (eg HR manager) to AIs ( eg HR support) works via COMPARE mode (see 2nd image)
