"external" people are marked like this, and skills, roles, domains and links that only have external owners. Click on one of these pills and you will filter the view to see all EXT items
stands for "no owner". Theser are skills, roles, domains and links that do not have an owner, yet. Click on any NO pill and you'll see all items you still have to find owners for.
These are tags that you can add in every tool. And you can click on them to filter, to only see items with the tag you clicked on
This appears in skills and roles, when you have set them to "single owner". This skill or role can only have 1 owner and can so be circle lead or project lead.
Pills in focus modes
The person in focus has 4 parts to play in this circle:
- The person owns the skill "Sustainable Printing" and this skill is a full core member of this circle. The pill is grey and you can click on it to see the details of this skill.
- If a person is only "stand-in" (e.g. replacement when ill or absent) for a skill , roll, domain or link the pill shows as grey outline. Here the person in focus is stand-in for the links "Sustainability - Production" and "Nachhaltigkeits-Abteilung" (that would be "sustainability department" in German).
- Both links are only "extended" members of this circle, meaning not permanent members, not invited to every meeting. Extended members are marked with the red "XTD" in the pill.
- Every circle can organize with the help of the administration module in the circle tool. In this case the person in focus has the job to manage the status list for this circle. Admin jobs are marked with green outline pills.
Circle "Production"
- as we have already seen in the circle "sustainability" the person in focus is stand-in for the link "sustainability - production". "Stand-in" is indicated in the grey outline pill.
- Here the link is core member of the circle (no XTD!)
If the person was not stand-in but owner of the skill, the pill would be filled grey like this:

Lead pills in circle/ project focus
The circle/project lead is indicated with the red outline LEAD pill. Here the role "Head of Marketing" is LEAD of the circle "Marketing".
Blue outline 1 pill
"Head of Marketing" is a single owner role, this is necessary so it can be lead. Roles that are not marked "Sigle Owner" inside the role tool, cannot be made lead of a circle or project! Indicated by the blue outline "1" pill.Grey outline LEAD pill
"Person D" is owner of this role ("Head of Marketing") and hence the lead of the circle. This "indirect" or "translated" lead role is indicated by the grey outline "LEAD" pill. the "direct" lead is the role itself, hence the red LEAD pill."Added as a person" pill
"Person A" has been "added as person", meaning they are not part of the circle in any particular skill, role, domain or link function. Their work inside the circle needs to be defined under "Administration" inside the circle tool. Indicated by the grey pill "Added as Person"
