Fading In / Out

You can mark assigned roles as “fading in” or “fading out” to reflect upcoming changes. “Fading in” indicates that someone is about to take on or grow into the role, while “fading out” means they are preparing to transition out of it.
How to mark roles
- 1Enter Focus Mode for the person by clicking om the focus icon in the person's card
- Click on the 3 dots menu of an assigned blue item
- Pick "fading in" or "fading out"
Better overview
In focus mode, you can now see which roles are “fading in” and which are “fading out” for a specific person.
Inside blue tools
The fading in/out pills now also show inside alls blue tools (skills, roles, domains, links) to show you, how role ownership will develop.
In reports
Every person can see inside their reports which roles they will soon take over, and which ones they will grow out of.
