Sign in/up with Google

When you create your account you have the option to use "Sign up with Google" to create your account.
If you used "Sign Up with Google" to create your account you cannot log in via password. You have to click "Sign In with Google" every time you want to log in!
If you want to connect your Google account with your teamdecoder account, in order to be able to login faster through Goggle, you can now click the blue "Sign up with Google" button on the bottom. You will then be guided through the Google sign in process.
When you come back here, some fields will be pre filled, like your email address, you will NOT need a password, because you now use Google to log in, but we still need e.g. your website and the name of your first teamdecoder team in here.
When the registration is done, and you want to log in, you will see this:
You can now simply click on the "Sign in with Google" button, instead of filling out email and password, to log in.
Information
You can only use "Sign in with Google" when you have used "Sign up with Google" in the registration !!!
Switching from login via Google to login via password
If you used "Sign Up with Google" to create your account you cannot log in via password. You have to click "Sign In with Google" every time you want to log in!
But sometimes you want to change that, so that you can log in via a password, instead of your Google account. This is what this part if the article is about.
Note:
Once you create a password, you cannot log in with Google anymore!So, these instructions are only for people who have created their teamdecoder account by clicking on "Sign up with Google".

Go to settings > profile and chose a new password
Please follow our security rules for passwords:
- 8-15 characters
- 1 upper case
- 1 lower case
- 1 number
- 1 special character
Click on OK/ green
Next time you want to log in, use sour new password:
From now on you have to use email and password, and you cannot use "Sign in with Google" anymore.
