teamdecoder ist ein Werkzeugkasten für Team-Architekten: OrganisationsentwicklerInnen, Team Coaches, Führungskräfte und interne MöglichmacherInnen wie HR, People & Cutlure, internal Consulting.

In diesem Kurs lernst du, wie Teams und Führungskräfte ständigen Wandel meistern, und dabei Wellbeing, Resilienz und Performance steigern: Durch Klarheit und Transparenz von Rollen, Verantwortlichkeiten und Erwartungshaltungen.

Du erfährst, welche Herausforderungen Teams meistern müssen, wie sie ihren Lifecycle erfolgreich durchlaufen und wie Du als Team-Architekt dem Team nachhaltig helfen kannst, "Wandel" zu lernen und in den Alltag einzubinden.

Dabei lernst Du vor allem, das teamdecoder Framework und die teamdecoder App kennen und wie man am besten damit arbeitet. 

Dieser Kurs ist perfekt, wenn Du gerade als Nutzer der Plattform startest und alle Hintergründe und Features kennenlernen willst.

In this course, you'll discover how teams and leaders can master constant change while boosting wellbeing, resilience, and performance. This is achieved through clear and transparent roles, responsibilities, and expectations.

You'll learn about the challenges teams face, how they successfully navigate their lifecycle, and how you, as a Team Architect, can sustainably help a team learn to "change" and integrate it into their daily routine.

Crucially, you'll become familiar with the teamdecoder Framework and the teamdecoder App, and learn the best ways to work with them.
