How do I invite my team?

teamdecoder is not a collaboration tool where every colleague has their own account. There is a central admin who documents how you want to work, for each colleague, and there is then the report link to track everything (see below)

Why is that so?

We have realized that it is not helpful if everyone can change role profiles without central coordination. Role definitions are leadership and/or team decisions, not individual ones. Imagine, everyone changing role descriptions all the time without letting the others know đŸ˜±

However, we are working on a "feedback function" with which every employee will be able give input on individual roles.

These are the 2 main user-types in teamdecoder:

(CO-)ADMIN or GOVERNANCE MODERATOR

These people are your central content masters for teamdecoder. This can be the team leader, or a role assigned to one team member. Whenever you discuss necessary changes in the way you need to work as a team, this person makes the adjustments inside teamdecoder so all reports update accordingly,

Team member

Every team member has a "Report" in teamdecoder. To access this report no registration is necessary. In order for team members to be able to access their report, the admin must enter their email addresses in the people tool.

Here is more information regarding reports:

The admin needs to be a team member, too, to have a report on their own.
