How do I add skills and roles to a person?

There are 2 ways to do that:
1 - inside the tools
When you click on the skill or role the according tool will open. In here you can add owners here (see image). Simply click on "+ Add owner" and you'll see all people in a dropdown to chose from:
2 - with people focus mode
You can put a person in focus mode by clicking on the target icon on the very right side of the person's card. The person will turn red and in the other lists you will see the attributed items in the darker droppable areas on top.
By clicking on "+" or by dragging and dropping the items from the bottom part of the list to the top part, you can add skills, roles, etc. to a person's profile.
