You want to put your customers more in the center of your purpose and action to understand them better and offer better products and services as well as making better communication.

• you use the SKILLS list for your traditional circles, structured according to a certain subject, like marketing or sales.
• and you use the ROLES list for new strategic roles, created to be more customer centric
• SKILLS meet in SKILL CIRCLES and ROLES meet in STRATEGY CIRCLES
• the new strategy circles consist of representatives of each skill circle - this is organized by LINKS (see screenshot 2)
