The purpose tree offers a comprehensive and practical overview that captures the hierarchy of purposes within a team.
It starts with the core purpose that drives the entire team, then breaks down into the specific purposes of each sub-team, and finally dives into the individual roles within those sub-teams.
This structured approach not only clarifies the alignment of each role with the team’s overarching goals but also makes it easy to visualize how each part contributes to the bigger picture, ensuring clarity and focus at every level.

You will find your purpose tree under "Modes" in the top navigation:
Where are purposes defined?
The "purposes" are defined in the individual tools:
Level 1
The top purpose is found inside the circle "Entire team":
Level 2
The next level are the purposes of all other circles.
Level 3
Level 3 is for projects, IF they are assigned to a circle.
Level 4
All assigned (to resp. circle) skills, roles, links and domains
Add or edit a purpose
All purposes can be added and edited inside the tools. You access the tools in the "Home" view by clicking on any card. Or by clicking on a card on the purpose tree. This will also open the tool:
